New Horizons Developmental Academy (NHDA)is a not-for-profit organization that services youth of all ages. Our Illinois Crush After School Matters is a program designed to offer youth quality activities that will enhance them both academically and socially. The goal of the program is to offer fun after school time that will stimulate youth both intellectually and physically in hopes of exploring their strengths and interests that will allow them to take their talents to new horizons. At NHDA we understand that not all youth are the same; therefore, we offer several different activities to meet all youth interests. Our programs vary to meet the needs of the intellectuals, the creative artists, the athletes, the domestic individuals and so much more. It is our hope that our academy will provide youth with positive alternatives; as we use our programs to help keep the children off the streets and teach them how to be productive members of society. We have partnered with several organizations in an effort to try to serve as many youth as possible and thus have several locations to help them meet their needs.
